We don’t use a contact form. Email lets you attach screenshots and source links, and it gives both of us a record of the conversation.
What to write to us about
- A wrong or outdated figure: include the page URL, the figure you think is wrong, and a link to a current source if you have one. Government data releases and official pricing pages are the most useful.
- A price change at your company: if you run a business whose prices appear on FiyatList, send a link to your published price page. We check every change against a public source before we update a page.
- Partnerships and data licensing: tell us briefly who you are and what you have in mind.
- Privacy requests: for questions about personal data, or to make a request under the privacy policy, put “Privacy request” in the subject line.
When to expect a reply
FiyatList is a small operation. We read every message and aim to reply within five business days. Reports of incorrect data get checked first. We may not reply to messages selling services.
