These terms apply to your use of fiyatlist.com, operated by FCO LLC (“FiyatList,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What FiyatList is

FiyatList publishes general information about prices, costs, and wages in the United States. The figures come from public data sources, companies’ published prices, and cost estimates published by third parties, which we name on each page. Our methodology page explains how each type of figure is produced and updated.

The site is free to use and doesn’t require an account.

Prices are estimates, not quotes

The prices and ranges on FiyatList are for general information. They are not offers, quotes, or guarantees of what you will pay.

What you actually pay depends on your location, the provider, the specifics of the job or product, taxes and fees, and timing. Some figures on the site are inflation-adjusted estimates, and these are labeled as such. Prices also change, sometimes after we last checked them.

Before you buy, hire, sign, or budget based on a figure from this site, confirm the current price directly with the seller or provider.

Not professional advice

Nothing on FiyatList is medical, dental, legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice. Pages about health care costs or insurance describe typical prices; they don’t tell you what treatment or coverage is right for you. Pages about wages and salaries don’t tell you what a specific employer will pay.

For decisions in these areas, talk to a qualified professional who knows your situation.

No warranty

We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we provide the site “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of the content, or about the site being available or free of errors.

Using and quoting our content

The text, tables, calculators, and design of FiyatList belong to us or our licensors. Underlying government data, such as figures from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, is in the public domain, and you can get it from the original agency.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FiyatList and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, savings, or data, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. This includes decisions to buy, hire, or budget based on a price shown here.

If we are found liable to you for any reason, our total liability will not exceed $100. Some states don’t allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the revised terms.
