This policy explains what information is collected when you visit fiyatlist.com, who collects it, and what choices you have. FiyatList is operated by FCO LLC (“we,” “us”). If you have a question about this policy, email [email protected].
Summary
- You don’t need an account to use FiyatList, and we don’t ask for your name, address, or payment details.
- Our own analytics tool does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.
- Google, our advertising provider, uses cookies to serve ads, which may be personalized. You can opt out using the links in this policy.
- We don’t sell personal information for money. Under California law, advertising cookies may count as “sharing,” and you can opt out of that.
Information we collect
Analytics
We use Umami to count visits and see which pages are read. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It records aggregate information such as page views, referring websites, browser type, device type, and country. It does not build a profile of you or follow you across other sites.
On a small sample of visits (about 15%), Umami also records an anonymized session replay: how the page was scrolled and where it was clicked, for up to five minutes. Text you type and personal details on the page are masked before anything is sent. We use these replays only to find layout and usability problems.
Server logs
Like most websites, our servers and our content delivery and security provider (Cloudflare) automatically log technical details of each request: IP address, browser and device information, the page requested, the referring page, and the time of the request. We use these logs to keep the site running, diagnose errors, and block abuse. Logs are kept for a limited period and are not used for advertising.
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use this to reply and to fix the issue you raise. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t share your message with advertisers.
Advertising and cookies
FiyatList shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners are third-party vendors that use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads on this site and other sites you visit.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick (DART) cookie, enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- These ads may be personalized based on your interests, or non-personalized, based on general factors such as the page you’re reading and your approximate location.
- Other third-party vendors and ad networks may also use cookies to serve ads on this site.
You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google by visiting Google Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com. You can opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting https://www.aboutads.info.
To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies won’t stop ads from appearing, but the ads you see will be less likely to reflect your interests.
How we use information
We use the information described above to run and secure the site, understand which pages are useful, fix errors, respond to messages, and show ads that fund the site. We don’t use it to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Sharing
We share information only in these cases:
- With service providers that host, deliver, and protect the site, under terms that limit how they use it.
- With Google and its advertising partners, through the cookies described above.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users, the site, or others.
- If FiyatList is sold or transferred, with the new owner, who would remain bound by this policy for information collected under it.
Children’s privacy
FiyatList is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you these rights:
- The right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, share, or sell, and to access it.
- The right to delete personal information we have collected from you.
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- The right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
In the past 12 months, the categories of personal information collected through this site were identifiers (such as IP address and cookie IDs), internet activity (such as pages viewed), approximate location derived from IP address, and, if you emailed us, your email address and message.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for money. However, when Google and its partners place advertising cookies on this site to show you personalized ads, that may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
To opt out, use Google Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com and the industry opt-out at https://www.aboutads.info, or email [email protected] with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line. We don’t sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16.
To make any other request under this section, email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your request before acting on it. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Visitors from the European Union and United Kingdom
FiyatList is written for US readers, but anyone can visit. If you are in the EU, the EEA, or the UK, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the UK GDPR applies to personal data we process about you. Where required, ad cookies are set only after you give consent through the consent message shown on the site, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. You also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
Data security and retention
We use reasonable technical measures to protect the site and the limited data we hold. We keep emails as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable period afterward. Server logs are deleted on a rolling basis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
